Your wedding will consist of the tastefully decorated marriage ceremony room with provision of up to 80 guests or outside in the garden with our gazebo, along with our banqueting suite which can cater for up to 300. There is a large car park on site for the guests to use. Price includes all linen, tables/chairs, crockery and cutlery. This also includes silver service by our waiting staff.
The banqueting suite has a large bar area which is air conditioned. Lighting can be varied to suit the mood of the day/evening. There is also a lovely garden which can be used for the taking of photographs or weather permitting can be used for reception drinks.
Optional extras can include tailor made chair covers in white with a contrasting coloured bow/sash to match the theme of the day (i.e. bridesmaids dresses etc).

We can also arrange for flowers, a photographer and a live band or disco. We can refer you to a Toast Master who is available to oversee the ceremony to your personal requirement, making Oakley House the perfect venue for your whole day.

Details of Package
You will be assigned a dedicated Function Manager and Toastmaster from when you decide a date and go ahead with your Booking, your dedicated Function Manager will be on hand to help you with any queries you have and take the majority of the weight off your shoulders leading up to your Wedding Day.
Your function manager will manage all aspects of your day, including booking the registrar
and confirmation of dates and times to suit you, helping you with Menu choices and arranging
Taster sessions, as well as colour and decor details.
Please note that if you choose to get married in our Outdoor Gazebo it will be weather dependant and completely at the Centre Manager’s discretion.
Once all the details of your big day have been finalised you will then meet your Toastmaster. The Toastmaster will run you through your day taking on all tasks such as meeting and greeting guests, showing them to and from the rooms, directing speeches, the cutting of the cake and the first dance times and anything else you require.
